1. Definitions and Introduction

If an account is opened using false information, we reserve the right to close it at any time and any balance in that account may be forfeited.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may operate only one account. If a single person holds multiple accounts, all of them will be closed and all balances may be forfeited. Opening multiple accounts using the same IP address, device or payment method is also prohibited.

2.3 Restricted Regions

If you attempt to use ckk44 from a region where online gaming services are legally prohibited, your account will be deactivated. It is your responsibility to confirm the local laws of your area before opening an account.

3. Account Management

3.1 Identity Verification (KYC)

ckk44 may at any time request your national ID card, passport or other documents to verify your identity. If the required verification is not completed, certain services including withdrawals may be temporarily suspended. This process helps protect members' funds and prevent fraud.

3.2 Login Security

3.3 Updating Account Information

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on ckk44 is ৳200. Currently accepted payment methods are bKash, Nagad and Rocket. Deposited funds become available after processing.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals can be made through the same methods — bKash, Nagad and Rocket. Withdrawal requests generally take 10 to 45 minutes to process. Identity verification must be completed before withdrawing.

4.3 Use of Funds

You must only deposit money that has been legitimately earned. If money laundering or other illegal financial activity is suspected, ckk44 reserves the right to suspend the relevant transaction and conduct an investigation.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 adds ৳1,000 in bonus funds, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. Before withdrawing the bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 20 (twenty) times — meaning a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳20,000 in total wagering to be completed.

5.2 Bonus Terms

To receive a bonus, the member must actively fulfil the wagering requirements. Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings earned after completing wagering requirements are withdrawable. The same member cannot claim the same promotion more than once. If bonus abuse is found, ckk44 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and any associated winnings.

5.3 VIP Weekly Cashback

ckk44's VIP programme has four tiers: Bronze (up to 0.4% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 0.8%), Gold (up to 1.1%) and Platinum (up to 1.5%). Weekly cashback is calculated based on the net loss for the week. For example: a Gold member with a ৳20,000 net loss in a week will receive ৳20,000 × 1.1% = ৳220 in cashback. 6. Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play Policy

All games on ckk44 are operated by verified game software providers. The outcome of every game is controlled by a Random Number Generator (RNG). If a technical error occurs in a game, the related bet may be voided.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

Playing using bots or automated software, colluding with other members, and deliberately exploiting bugs in game software are all strictly prohibited. If such activity is proven, the account will be closed immediately and all balances will be forfeited.

6.3 Sports Betting

For cricket, football and other sports betting, bets will be settled only after the match result has been confirmed. If a match is cancelled or postponed, ckk44's designated rules will apply to those bets.

12. Account Closure and Suspension

ckk44 may suspend or close an account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms
• Evidence of false identity or fraud
• Cheating in games or use of unauthorised software
• Evidence that the account holder is a minor
• Proven bonus abuse

12.2 By the Member

If a member wishes to voluntarily close their account, please notify our support team via 24/7 live chat or email. Withdraw any valid balance before closing the account.

13. Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint about a bet result or transaction, please inform our support team with full details within 30 (thirty) days of the incident. Our internal review team will first examine the matter and every complaint will be assessed fairly.

If the matter is not resolved through the internal process, both parties will attempt to resolve it through mediation. In any dispute, ckk44's decision will be considered final in accordance with applicable law.
